How we make it Special

We roast all of our coffees daily in small batches- this lets us ensure the quality and uniformity of every roast we do. We select premium green bean, rejecting plenty of coffee beans that we guess is sold somewhere else. Premium bean gets a premium price, but its the best way of roasting the most consistent heavenly cup of coffee our customer have become accustomed to and come to expect from us. Our coffee selection is complete to meet with virtually every coffee, not so broad in an effort to be all things to all people like some roasters. We focus on what we do best, determined to remain true to the following we have developed and keep that promise of a Cup of Java Heaven.

All of our coffees are, blended, flavored, and packaged by hand following the proper cool the someday they are roasted. We package all coffee beans in 1lb and 5lb quantities. Because the coffee is packaged fresh, we use one-way air valves on the bags to allow gas to escape (fresh coffee emits gas for up to two weeks after roasting).
